Dio is a vampire. Vampirism in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is a special thing onto itself. Dio needs to sustain himself and the best way to do that is by drinking some blood. With that said, I need to know the following -

Is it alright for Dio to drink your character's blood?: Fairly self explanatory. Also, Dio can choose to drink his fill (a few pints, which leaves them passed out for a while) or to drink someone to the death.
What species is your character? Are they human, alien, animal, undead etc.
Is there anything different about your character's blood?: Anything that brings it out of the realm of standard human blood. Is your character anaemic? Got a weird chemical floating around that gives them superpowers? An alien species with a different thing in their veins? Got weird Homestuck-esque blood? Do they have soda instead of blood in their veins?
Anything else you'd like me to remember or note? Anything important that you'd like me to know that I might have missed.

EXCEPTIONS
Just as a rule - Dio will not be creating any vampires willy nilly. He'll be sucking people's blood but not injecting the vampiric extract. If you would like your character to be a vampire, please PM and discuss it with me first. Vampires that Dio creates are susceptible to being controlled by him. It's not something that should be taken lightly!

As of October 2014, Dio has not drunk any Joestar blood and I would like to keep it this way. I would prefer to avoid Dio drinking any Joestar blood by all means necessary. This includes whether your character had a transfusion of Joestar blood. Joestar blood would complete the fusion of his head to Jonathan's body and I'd like to avoid that for now. Please indicate whether your character would have had any transfusions from anyone in this family in the anything else section.

Is there anything different about your character's blood?: Nah, beyond the fact that he's the son of two different human-based races. His blood might taste a little...weird, kind of spiritually powerful? (even if he doesn't have most of his powers right now.)

Is there anything different about your character's blood?: It's probably not quite as potent as a regular person's blood? In canon, her vampire roomie wouldn't drink it because it wasn't gonna make a difference re: his hunger.
What species is your character?: Human. Technically. She was a ghost (and is a ghost part-time in Box, but this is all in reference to when she isn't) and then her bff had a black magic witch drag her soul out of limbo and cram it back into her three-years-dead body, so noooow she's kind of a voodoo reanimated corpse??

Just on this point, so we're clear about it - I wanna say that Dio would probably be repelled by Link's blood, because his magic from like the two Zelda games I played lean towards light and goodness and benevolence unlike the magic of someone like Ganondorf. So if it's actually in his blood, it would probably be like trying to drink sunlight. :|a

Magically-infused blood is actually native to all Hylians and not just Link. That said, you could certainly argue that the magic leans more in the "holy" direction anyway since they are the species closest to the gods (according to their own legends, anyway). I'm okay with playing it out that way.

Is there anything different about your character's blood?: Every cell in his body is infused with ectoplasm on some level, making it so he can phase ghost or human at will. The show describes it as being that 'his molecules got all rearranged', showing pictures of ectoplasm coating his DNA. The actual mechanics of this are unclear.
What species is your character?: He's half ghost, half human. ..... Uh. Basically this means that he can switch between being 99% a ghost and 99% a human at will.
Is it alright for Dio to drink your character's blood?: If he can manage it, sure!
